Hello Beads Friends!
In this video I want to show the last couple of earrings I made. They are embroidery earrings and to create them I used a polymer clay cabochon size 30mm and seed beads sizo 8/0, 11/0 and 15/0.
I glued the post in the back part of the earring before having covered it with another piece of cloth. I hope you like it, I really love post earrings :-)
Merry Christmas to you all and see you soon on the next video.
Have a nice beading!

Hello Beads Friends!
This my really first embroidey necklace, as you see. I started with a project of a pair of earring and then I created a necklace ^^ This is the reason why the necklace looks asymmetric and I hadn't enough cloth to complete and cover the back part of the necklace. This necklace isn't perfect and it isn't finished yet, because I also run out of my seed beads to create another round to complete the edge of the necklace ^^ I added the two parts of the necklace that go all around the neck later, just sewing new clothes to the first central part of the necklace, and then stitching on them the beads. I hope that this video will be helpful, and see you soon on the next one.

Hello Beads Friends!
A new creation is born! I made a necklace, using beads, rivoli Swarovski crystals and Swarovski bicones. I started making the crochet spiral, then I made the central part of the necklaces. I glued the crystals on the cloth, and then I surrounded them with beads. I complete the work filling the empty spaces using pink seed beads size 15/0, and other beads size 9/0 and 8/0. To bezel the Swarovski crystal I used peyote stitch. I glued the same cloth on the back of the embroidery works, to cover the thread and the stitches.
I hope that this necklace can be an inspiration for you and see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
It's about two I months I'm trying a new putty to create cabochon molds. The name of my putty (or rubber) is Ruba Forma, it's produced by Linearte Sebino, and I bought it in Italy. I have seen a video of a friend of mine where she shows another putty called Melt and Pour, and I think that putty is really very similar to mine. To create a cabochon mold with a flat back that you can use as a base, you need this putty, a polymer clay cutter (or a biscuit cutter) and a cabochon to use as a mold. Put your cabochon into your cutter, then after having mixed the two rubbers, push them on the cabochon, so that you fill the cutter. Push on the upper part of the putty to create a flat surface and then wait 10 minutes, until the putty dries. Your mold now is ready to be use!
I hope everything is clear and see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
In this video I want to show the last abstract cabochons I made. For the amethyst cabochons I used white kato polyclay, translucent premo and translucent lilac fimo. To create the shades that make the cabochons looks like the amethyst stones, I pick up a slice of the cane, and I work with my hands to create a little ball. Then I put that ball into a mold to create the cabochons. For the second kind of cabochons I used a colour called Royal Blue by Cernit and Metallic Silver by Fimo. I hope these cabochons can be an ispiration for you and see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
In this video I want to show the last abstract cabochons I made. For the green cabochons I used white Kato Polyclay, translucent Premo and translucent green Fimo. For the second kind of cabochon I used the same colours of Kato Polyclay and Premo, and I added a colour called Royal Blue by Cernit and glitter silver Fimo. The last three cabochons I show you are made using the same four colours of polymer clays, but I used al lot of translucent Premo, much more than in the previous ones. To create the polymer clay cabochons you have to condition all the polymer clay colours you want to use. Then you have to put all these polymer clay sheets side by side and you have to start mixing all these sheets, in your favourite way. I usually create a roller and then I roll it up and squeeze it, and I roll it up again until I'm satisfied about the colours mix. At this point I cut a piece of my cane and I work it in my hands until it becomes a little ball, and then I use a mold to create my cabochon. It's really very simple, you just have to mix the colour and nothing else. I hope these cabochons can be an ispiration for you and see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
I'm just starting with a new wonderful technique, the bead embroidery. I think it will take me a long time to complete this bead embroidery necklace, so I decide to make several videos where I show you all the steps I will make to create it. I started this work putting on my cloth (finta alcantara) three polymer clay cabochons, and I fixed them with some glue. I made also a beadwork around one of the three polymer clay cabochons, using Seed beads size 11, Delica beads size 11 and Seed beads size 15. So I created a Peyote stitch beadwork that holds the first polymer clay cabochon. Now I just have to go on, and I hope I will be able to make the project I have in my mind! I hope the necklace can inspire you and see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
In this video I want to show you the two last pairs of earrings that I made yesterday. I really like them, because I love post earrings, I think they are very elegant. When I started I had a different bead pattern in my mind, because I'd like to match the Rivoli Swarovski crystals with the Polymer Clay cabochons I made, but at least I didn't like what I was creating, so I changed my project and I made two different pairs of post earrings. To create them I used Delica beads, Seed beads and I created a beadwork with Peyote stitch. I hope you like them and I hope they could be an inspiration for you! See you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
My butterflies are really crooked, because I found a lot of difficulties in slicing my cane. The translucent premo is harder than the other polymer clays I have used, even harder than the Kato Polyclay, and so the slices of my cane weren't regular. I hope you enjoy this making of and see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
In this video I want to talk about my experience through the different polymer clay brand that I tried: Sculpey III, Kato Polyclay and Premo by Sculpey. For every polymer clay I tried, I just took few colours, three colours of Sculpey III, three colours of Kato Polyclay and just one colour of Premo, the translucent one. So this my opinion isn't complete, because just based on this few colours. But I hope that this video will be helpful, and see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
In this video I want to show you how to set a teardrop polymer clay cabochon with beads using a Peyote stitch pattern. First of all I created a polymer clay drop cabochon, size 25x18mm. I used a mold to create this polymer clay cabochon. Then I used Delica beads size 11/0 and Seed beads size 15/0 to make a beadwork to surround my teardrop polymer clay cabochon. You can put an earring hook in the eyelet of your beadwork to create a beautiful pair of earrings. I  hope that every step is clear, see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
In this video I want to show you my last work. I have created another beaded bead, using the same bead pattern of my previous video. In this case I played with colours, and so I created a different picture on my beaded bead. To make the same picture you just need to change the couple of beads you use to tighten the work: in the original beaded bead pattern we chose two pink beads, in this new beaded bead pattern we must use two dark blue beads to sew through.

Hello Beads Friends!
In this video I want to show how to create a Fimo Liquid mold to make polymer clay cabochons. First of all you need Fimo Liquid, one cabochon that's going to be the mold for your Fimo Liquid Mold (you can use a resin cabochon or a semiprecious stone cabochon) and a little glass bowl.
Put your cabochon into the glass bowl, then fill the bowl with Fimo Liquid until you cover the cabochon. Bake the Fimo Liquid inside the bowl into your electric oven.
I hope that my explanations are clear and see you soon on the next video.

Hello Beads Friends!
Nice to meet you!
This is my new YouTube channel but it's not the first one, because I also have an Italian channel where I talk about beads. My name is Sara Spoltore, also known as Sarubbest or Sararmoniasara on the web and I started beading in 2009. I'd like to share my passion with you too, because I am convinced that sharing is the faster way to learn and expand the passion about something. So we are going to start talking about beads and I hope that my english will not be a hurdle!
